Join our hiking tour to the archeologic nuragic village of Tiscali, hidden in Dorgali’s Supramonte mountains that also feature the beautiful Lanaittu Valley and Su Gologone natural springs.

Tiscali is a small karstic relief in the heart of the Supramonte Dorgalese, on top of which a sinkhole (dolina) was formed, due to the collapse of the vault of an ancient cave. Inside the most protected corner of the sinkhole, a village was built in the nuragic era. The village has been inhabited with discontinuity until the first Roman frequentations of the island (3rd-4th century BC).

We will continue on foot for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, walking alongside a slightly uphill scenic path, until we will reach the archaeological nuragic site of Tiscali.

All participants participating in this tour should be in good health and accustomed to walking in the mountains, as we will walk for about 6 hours (including return), for a total of about 8/10 km.

Suggestions for this tour: Wear good trekking shoes (no open shoes, sandals or flip-flops), comfortable clothes and sun protection. Bring at least 2 lts. drinking water per person..

GORROPU CANYON

An exploration hike of medium difficulty and great naturalistic and landscape interest. Walk with us alongside Rio Flumineddu and cross a forest rich in local vegetation and aromatic plants to experience the beauty of the Gorropu Canyon trails.

Once we arrive to the canyon entrance we will keep following Rio Flumineddu while surrounded by a spectacular landscape, amid the canyon’s rock walls that reach up to 500 meters in height.

The path inside the canyon is about 1.5 km long, and marked with 3 different colours according to the degree of difficulty: the green route is quite simple, the yellow of medium difficulty, while the red is reserved for more experienced mountain hikers.

Before heading back following the same entrance path, we will have a picnic in the canyon. On our way back we will take you to natural swimming pools by the Flumineddu river, where tour participants will be able to take a refreshing bath before the final return hike.

Nuraghe “Litu Ertiches” e grotta “Su Santuariu”

An excursion off the beaten path, in one of the wildest and least known parts of Montalbo,
in the Monte Pizzinnu area. A trek that will lead us to learn more about some sites of great
natural and historical interest, in Montalbo Lula and Irgoli !!

During this excursion we will visit two beautiful and still little known sites, the nuraghe of
Litu Ertiches and the cave of “Su Santuariu”.

Leaving the machines near Monte Pizzinnu we will follow a smooth path that will take us to
the Nuraghe of Litu Ertiches, located in a strategic and spectacular position, on top of a
limestone spur from which in the past the transhumance between the areas of the Albo
mountain was controlled. the Siniscola plain and the hinterland of the Gulf of Orosei.
After the nuraghe we will continue towards the cave of Su Santuariu, consisting of a large
room of easy access where numerous concretions with stalactite columns and stalagmites
create a beautiful scenery.After returning to the machines we will continue to stop at a
beautiful farm, where after visiting the vineyard and the cellar, we will have a tasting lunch
of some of the best local products, carasatu bread, cannonau wine, pecorino del pastore
and pompìa del Slow Food Presidium, along with some other traditional dishes.

Cala Luna trek by boat back

For nature and trekking lovers, a beautiful excursion to Cala Luna with return by boat.
The beach of Cala Luna is undoubtedly among the most famous and suggestive of the Gulf of Orosei, reachable through various mountain or sea routes, ideal for spending a beautiful day between mountain and sea in the splendid scenery of the Gulf of Orosei

Once in Cala Gonone, we will head towards the beach of Cala Fuili where we will leave the cars and immediately you will be fascinated by the beauty of the small cove with transparent waters and the beautiful view that sweeps across the gulf, from here we will take the path that will take us to our destination in about 2 hours and 30 minutes of walking.
Along the way, numerous panoramic points will make us appreciate even more the beauty of this area characterized by the wild nature of the Supramonte and the contrasts of the blue sea and the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub
Arrived at the beach it will be a pleasure to take a regenerating bath in the crystal clear waters of this marvelous Cala.
The return will take place by sea so you can also admire the beautiful stretch of coast, from Cala Luna to the port of Cala Gonone.

From the light house to Berchida

We will pick up the tour participants , and drive to
the beginning of the beach path, from where we will hike to enjoy the stunning views from
Capo Comino’s old lighthouse (30 min on the way up, 20 min on the way back).

After the old lighthouse we will plan 2 beach stops to let you discover and enjoy the
beautiful beaches of Capo Comino (1.5h stop) and Berchida beach (2h stop). For those who
are willing to go for another short walk, we’ll be happy to extend the hike to the last beach
of Oasi Bidderosa, while those who want to rest can wait for the group’s return while
keeping enjoying the beautiful Berchida beach. And for those who get bored of sunbathing
and swimming, we carry plenty of beach gear: frisbee, racquetball, bowls and snorkeling
kits! we will have a tasting lunch of some of the best local products
